I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). I will NOT sell your details to the advertising companies. I will not email you in the future unless you have given me your consent. I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with my internal security policy and the law.

Bridal
• A £50 deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Your deposit will be reimbursed to you in case you are unhappy with your trial. The client must let me know within 7 days after the trial.
• Full payment must be bank transferred 7 days prior to the wedding.

Occasion Hair/Makeup:

• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your allotted time slot. Until your deposit is received your time slot can still be booked by another party.
• Payment is required in the form of bank transfer at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Amendments to the booking with less than 48 hours notice will incur a £10 fee.

Travel Cost:

• For bookings within 5 mile radius of M8, no travel charges will be applied.
• Bookings further afield will incur a 55p / mile fee.
• Out of hours – for bookings before 8am start, an extra £15 will be applied.

Liability:

Nimra Butt Makeup Artist is registered with “Salon Gold” public liability insurance.
